How we choose photographs

  • Commercial use must be allowed. EntrePoker carries affiliate links, which makes this a commercial site. A licence that only covers editorial or news use is not enough.
  • The author, licence and source must all be stateable. If we cannot name who took a photo, we do not publish it.
  • Attribution-only licences preferred. We use CC BY and CC0 images. We avoid ShareAlike, because we resize files for the web and would rather not have that argument.
  • No “all rights reserved” images. Not from press kits, not from a poker room's own media library, however permissive the guidelines read.

The EntrePoker logo, brand marks and the illustrations in /assets/art/ are our own work.
